Carefully wrap your stoneware and decorative minis in their original gift boxes to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
